Title: Customer First Resolution Team Specialist Advisor (Bereavement Services)

Salary: Grade D/E - £26,348 – £34,723

Hours: 37 hours a week

We are looking for bereavement specialists to be part of our small, dedicated and caring frontline team providing the highest level of customer service to bereaved families, visitors and stakeholders.

Our bereavement team are responsible for liaising with funeral directors, officiants, and families to ensure the accurate, professional and respectful handling of the deceased. Working within agreed codes of practice the post holder will be expected to act as the registrar signing off paperwork so excellent attention to detail is essential.

Working in a sensitive and sometimes challenging environment, you must be a team player, well organised, have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with the public in a sensitive and empathetic way. Good IT skills and the ability to be flexible to the challenging demands of the work are essential. Experience in processing requests for a busy bereavement service would be an advantage.
